Day 1: Arrival In Hanoi (D)
We arrive in the charming capital city of Vietnam, Hanoi where our guide will pick us up for check in at our hotel. The rest of the day is free at our leisure.

 

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (B, L)
Today we make a full day Hanoi city tour with private car and guide visiting the Ho Chi Minh Museum, the Museum of Ethnology and Temple of Literature. We enjoy lunch at a local restaurant then go walking around the Hoan Kiem lake, the Ngoc Son temple before enjoying a one hour cyclo ride around Hanois Old Quarter.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Pick up at your address in Hanoi at 8: 30 by Van and drive to Halong. Arrive at 12: 00noon. At Halong port, our Crew welcomes you on Junk, enjoy welcome drink & check into your cabin. Lunch with seafood will be served right after. At 13: 00, boat starts 3.5 hours cruising into Halong bay to see the amazing karsts with different formations: Mat Qui (Monsters face) islet, But Moc islet, Cap De islet, Trong (Drum) cave, Trinh Nu cave, to a Floating Fishing village to se this unique way of life... and then explore Luon cave (from 16: 40 to 17: 30). There will be lots of time for swimming, sun bathing. Enjoy a great sunset dinner and relax under the starlit sky before retiring to the comfort of your cabin.

 

 

Day 4: Halong – Hanoi (B, L)
Early risers can enjoy a morning view of Bays landscapes with a cup of tea, coffee, fresh fruits. Sitting on the upper deck, we can enjoy the breath - taking beauty of the rocky Islands rising from the crystal-clear waters of the Bay. The quiet is almost eerie; we can hear birds singing, cicadas chirping ashore and the gentle lapping of the waves against our boat, the perfect soundtrack to accompany the fresh air and gentle breeze. And then explore Sung Sot (Amazing) cave (8.00 to 9: 00), swim and relax at Titop beach. At 09: 30, boat start cruising back and brunch buffet will served from 10: 30 to 11: 30, check out procedure at 11: 35. Arrive at harbor by 12: 00 noon, and drive back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi around 16: 00.

Day 5: Hue (B, L)
We catch a morning flight to Hue to tour the city with a guide, visiting the Imperial city, the Thien Mu pagoda on the banks of Perfume river and Dong Ba market.

Day 6: Hue - Hoi An (B)
In the morning, we drive to Hoi An via the Hai Van Pass and visiting the narrow streets of the town for the rest of of the day.

Day 7: Hue - Free At Leisure (B)
The day is at our leisure to explore Hoian on our own.

 

Day 8: Hoian - Danang - Train To Nhatrang (B)
We proceed to the Danang railway station to catch the E1 day train to Nha Trang (soft seat).

 

Day 9: Nha Trang (Breakfast)
The day is at leisure to enjoy the paradise beach in Nha Trang or you can take an optional boat trip to the Hon Tam islands.

 

Day 10: Nhatrang - Saigon (B)
Today we fly to Saigon with the rest of the day at leisure to explore the city on our own.

 

Day 11: Saigon City Tour (B, L)
Today we enjoy a full day Saigon City tour with private car and guide, stopping at the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Post Office, the War Crimes Museum, the Reunification Palace, China town and Ben Thanh market.

 

Day 12: Saigon – Tay Ninh – Cu Chi Tunnel (B, L)
AM: Breakfast at hotel, we start an excursion to Tay Ninh. The main ethnic groups are Kinh, Cham, and Khmer. The province is the center of the Cao - Daism religion. Cao Dai is an attempt to create a perfect synthesis of world religions. It is a combination of Christianity, Buddhism, Islam, Confucianism, Hinduism, Geniism, and Taoism. Established in the Southern regions of Vietnam in the early 1920's, the religion was officially codified in 1926. The functioning center of Cao Daism is located in the Tay Ninh province. Cao Dai literally means high tower or palace, a metaphor for the spender of spiritual growth. The central philosophy of Cao Daism pertains to the duty that the faithful perform for themselves, their family, society and the world at large. Much like Confucianism, this element of the Philosophy pertains to how the individual functions within the context of the community.
PM: Lunch at local restaurant before continue the journey to Cu Chi Tunnels. The Cu Chi Tunnels are located approximately 30 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City in Cu Chi district. This district is known nationwide as the base where the Vietnamese mounted their operations of the Tet Offensive in 1968. The Cu Chi Tunnels consist of more than 200 km of underground tunnels. This main axis system has many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels. The tunnels are between 0.5 to 1 m wide, just enough space for a person to walk along by bending or dragging. However, parts of the tunnels have been modified to accommodate visitors. Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh and rest of the day free at own leisure.

Day 13: Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon (B, L)
- Boat trip AM: 8.00am heading out of the town, we travel by roads to the Mekong Delta, Vietnam’s largest rice bowl. On arrival in My Tho, we embark on a boat navigating around the maze-like small canals in the delta region, which is a great way to observe the local lifestyle close-up and catch a view dotted by many islands. The exciting excursion will pass the lush green vegetation before arriving at the famous Unicorn Island. Here we have opportunities to stroll around an orchard, taste many seasonal fruits and enjoy wonderful traditional music. The next stop of our trip is Ben Tre Province to visit some fascinating local industries.
PM: After feasting on a huge lunch we return to Ho Chi Minh City, stopping off along the way to see the beautiful Vinh Trang Pagoda and the Cho Lon, Saigon’s Chinatown, which is crammed with sacred temples and mysterious, narrow lanes.

Day 14: Saigon & Departure (B)
- Meal: breakfast On the last day, go shopping or do some final sightseeing before our transfer to the airport for our departure.
