I would also like to make special mention of two of your staff Mr Alex Duy who prepared the tour for us and the second tour guide that we had, who I only knew as Binh (he was our guide in both Dalat and Nha Trang). The service we received from both of these people was as good if not better than any service that we have received any where in the world over the course of the last few years. These two people are a tremendous asset to your business and as a direct result of their professional service I would not hesitate to recommend your company to both my private and business networks.

Just to give you an update and to thank you for all your efforts.

We have finished our trip to Vietnam and I must say everything was perfect.. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed our trip to beautiful Vietnam. Your choice of hotels was great - every single property had its own charme. They were all spotlessly clean and service levels and friendliness of staff exceeded our expectations. Also the locations were perfect. The guides were all very good as well, although specifically the guide in HCMC and the guide Hue/Hoi An were extra-ordinary. The cars were spotless and they all were on time every single time.

So, all in all.... perfectly organised for which we want to thank you. All the efforts you made were really appreciated.

You can rest assurde that we will recomend your company for travel to Vietnam should the occasion arise and we will also not hesitate to commission you agan with any future travel we will do in that area. In actual fact we are already thinking of a trip in the North incorperating Laos and Coambodia next year. I will contact you in time should we proceed with this plan.

Once again thank you very much for everything and it certainly was not the last time that we have visited your beautiful country.

We're still trying to get back onto U.S. time.  We still go to sleep early, and wake up in the middle of the night.  Maybe soon, our bodies will realize that we are home!

Thanks again for all your effort and work in planning such a wonderful trip for us.  As we continue to look at our pictures, and read our daily diary, we will try to always enjoy the memories of Vietnam and it's beautiful scenery, exciting cities & friendly people. 

I also want to tell you that ALL of our hotels (except the Glory Hotel in Hoi An) were wonderful (I'm sure the Ancient House in Hoi An would have been nice also, IF they had given us rooms).  You were certainly correct when you told me not to worry, that all the hotels would be lovely....  The Hilton Opera, Victoria Sapa, Dragon Pearl junkboat, Cat Ba Sunrise Resort, Pilgrimmage Village, Grand Hotel, Victoria Can Tho....all TERRIFIC choices. Also, all of our guides (& drivers) were excellent, friendly and informative.  They were all very willing to tell us about the history of the areas, and to answer our many questions. Thank you again.

We met some people on the street in HCMC who were asking us about signing up for a country tour of Vietnam.  We gave them your name and telephone number.  I'm not sure how much they wanted to spend, but they asked us where we went & how much our trip cost.  I told them that I thought you organized a terrific private tour for the 4 of us.

Back to Germany I would like to give you a short feedback for our travelling.

I found vietnam Paradisetravel on the web at the time I was planning to take a group people to vietnam on a tango holiday ( 27). This was a challenge for me as I have never done this before.. organising a holiday for such a big group of people let a lone throwing tango activities on top.

Based on the mix of the group and the intense activities we would share, we limited the trip from north to a south to a mere 11 days, but not compromising the destinations and experiences we would have as part of the
Vietnam Cultural experience trip.

Duy, the company sales executive was extremely responsive and accommodating to our requests. It did not matter how personalised the itinerary may be. For 2 years we worked on changing and refining the itinerary, from hotels / boat standards to choices of menus and spaces for dancing!   We were allowed to be so flexible enough  to change items along the way during the tour  and Duy would go out of his way to ensure that  we
were well looked after.

The trip was beyond our expectations, the organisation of guided tours was superb, the guides were  friendly, knowledgeable and fantastic, at the end of the tour we felt we have made some personal friends and felt part of the culture.  My group went from one pleasant surprise to another ! and they all fell in love with country and the peoples. The choices and recommendations that Duy made on hotels and food were superb! We stayed in very comfortable / clean and luxuries standard hotels ( Bhaya cruise in Halong Bay was one that we can never forget, and Hoi An Beach resort was fantastic we wish we had been able to spend a bit more time there). We were able to taste the local speciality in pleasant / authentic and beautiful surroundings  in every destinations.

So a big thank from us all for making the trip so memorable... the service and the standard was out of this world. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any one who is interested in going to Vietnam. and some of the people in the group are already enquiring about the next trip... so watch this space.

The girls absolutely loved it and that was thanks to you and the little things that you were able to organize. Nhat was a perfect guide for us as well and willing and able to reshape plans when required. (We had coffee at a little shop along the Mekong on the morning that we left early, which was really good perhaps consider adding it in a fixture in future tours it works and gives people a good view of how people live.
I have recommended you and your company to 2 groups of people traveling to Vietnam from South Africa in the next few months.

Thank you for your help with our holiday in Vietnam.  We thought it was a beautiful country, very beautiful with very friendly people.  Even though I rang you and tried to stay for a shorter time in Phu Quoc, we were more than happy to spend the time there.  I would recommend Cassia Cottages to other Australian tourists and am glad we did not cut our stay short.

In Hoi an we moved from Ancient House to the life resort, I had underestimated the amount of room we would need for young children.  They were very understanding and did give us a partial refund.  Very good service at ancient house, we were just in rooms on high corridors that were not suitable for the kids, and they were too full to move us anywhere else.

Thank you for making our arrangements.  It all ran smoothly, our two year old son being the only thing that slowed us down!  We will recommend you to our friends, and tell them to think specifically of their room requirements so you can organize it for them.

Hotels were very satisfactory throughout. We loved the Saigon Morin, and wished we had been able to spend an extra night or two in Hue. The Grand in HCMC and the Yasaka in Nha Trang (marvellous view) were also excellent. The Hoi An Beach Resort made a quiet and peaceful change - our view along the river was beautiful, and we also enjoyed the private beach. The drawback of course is that it is some distance from the city centre - but if we had been in the city, we would have missed out on the beach and the river. The Hoa Binh in Hanoilacked the luxuries of the other hotels and had small rooms, but it was in an excellent location, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was also high standard.

All the sight seeing was very well organised. Our guides were friendly, helpful and informative, the transport was excellent at all times and we enjoyed the various included meals.

All in all, we feel that our trip provided outstanding value for money, and we will certainly recommend you and your company to any friends of ours who plan to visit Vietnam. We hope to return at some time in the future, and perhaps see a little more of HCMC and the Mekong delta (which we did not see this time).

Arrived home safe on Wednesday am, very pleased to see our family, hot shower and a rest.
Off to work Thursday am and worked 16hours also Friday another 16 hours, worked Saturday & Sunday, today is my day off.
We all must say that YOU did an excellent job on arranging the tour and making sure that everything went ok, it all went like clock work. YOU did an excellent job and we will be very happy to recommend your to anyone who wants to visit your wonderful country.
